Daily writing prompt
What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I tend to lean towards little things that have to be done throughout the day, like cooking, little bits of cleaning, laundry, and stuff to get you moving; it keeps you doing something productive while helping with the negative. It can be done with music playing, a movie/show or anything in the background that will entertain you while also subtly keeping you tethered and connected with the present.

Start by making the bed and go from there until you finish that room. By the end, you will have a clean house, laundry started/finished, some good food to eat that will make the house smell nice, and a spot to curl up in that’s ready for you to curl up in and sleep.
