Some ive rewatched, and some are new, but I enjoyed hearing this as I went through the daily things. I’m partway through The Science of Well-being ( a Yale course on Coursera), and I have gathered a complete list of my other courses, which is exciting. It’s been a way to use my brain and not stress while trying to get things done. 

It has changed the day’s mood as the not-so-nice news has come back. Im off to do some work here ive put off; I hope you’re day is lovely!
