Walking is relaxing; I get my exercise in, and I can sit by the water if I want to, pop in somewhere to window shop, or just keep going until I feel like I’ve walked far enough, turn around, and come back to where I started.
You can also enjoy a good book, some music, the sounds of the space around you, or whatever you feel like when walking and avoid talking with people unless you want to interact with them.
