It’s been a few days since ive written more than a writing prompt. Ive figured out a schedule with work, so I should be posting more, as my sleep schedule should be ok now.
I forgot what it’s like to sleep near a train track. The sounds of the train are loud, and I sometimes wake up and think it’s outside my window instead of nearby. It’s been soothing, though. I didn’t think it would be, but it is.
Yoga has been a struggle as I try to do things by routine, but switching from evening, night, and a random day shift here or there has been a bit of a struggle. I figured out a sort of balance now, so I should be better balanced and covered mentally while doing the physical and emotional work. I haven’t done it for a week, and it could be me, but I feel much lighter, and I got a decent sleep, but the people around me are affecting me.
I had coffee with Cinaed, and that made my day cause he was so happy and hes getting to a better place, although he forgets im nearby, so he loves to wake me up and see if I want to do something (I say yes unless im working). Life is more relaxed than what I was like at my previous job, and it could get stressful again, but right now, im finding life very comfortable, and thats been a game changer for me on so many levels.
