What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
I sometimes skip yoga, sometimes I’m too tired from work, just not feeling it or I mixed some stretches into how I do things at work to not really cheat but get more stretches into the usual work stuff and so I can just go to sleep when I get home from my night shift. I like to do yoga but sometimes I’m just not motivated to do it and I’d just like to sleep more before work or after work.
