What could you do less of?
I want to stress less; my anxiety has been going wild lately, and I’m not doing as well as I’d like to be. It’s causing me to sleep less, not caring as much about my appearance, letting inner thoughts out that shouldn’t be out among other things. My caffeine addiction hasn’t been as crippling which is nice but it’s also causing me to take more time to wake up and make me more anxious but not in the way I’m used to if that makes sense.
