Food Science Part 2

I’ve been a scientist lately. I’ve been having some random health issues pop up and i have decided to try some low histamine foods to see if it has an impact on my body. I also tried a different method of grocery shopping which did make it a little easier to not spend random money i should save but thats not why i started writing this so lets get on track.

I made some ground turkey with chopped ginger, onions, hot sauce, quinoa, cheese, and letuce. It turned out pretty good and im hoping it helps lessen the random bouts of sickness adding the lower histamine stuff will maybe show a difference. Thats all i have to report in the food world, that an i love peanut butter its the best thing.

Im off to get some stuff around the house done before bed but i will see you soon with a new post!

Till Next Time,

Meg
