I use a few differnet apps to help me in regards to mental health they are the following;
Finch – Self Care Pet – I have used this for over two years and i track what i need to do while letting my penguin (Appa) explore the world and share tips and things they find while doing what i need to do.

Focus Friend Hank Green – I set it and my little bean will knit socks while i get things done. Its still a little new for me and im loving it so much.

River Walks – I live near the water and i find walking down by the water to be very relaxing and reseting it definitly helps me and gets me moving
Belly Dancing – im still new at it so it feels a little strange but i find its a relaxing way to move and get my out of my mind. Also themusic is fabulous so its always exciting to hear the music.
Thats all im really doing to help my mental health right now, i felt like i was doing too much before and this is a solid start to not overwhelm myself and if i add more to the routine its going to be done in incriments to ease myself into a routine.
Mental health can effect everyone differently and i hope you take time to do something for yourself today!
