Potatoes. I love potatoes and make them so many ways. Potato pasta, mashed, whipped, soup, diced, hash browns, potato patties/ pancakes, curried potatoes you put in a sandwhich. There are so many ways to eat them and enjoy them. I will be a potato fanatic till the day I die, they make my day better and are my go to carb for food.
