I feel like I benefit from a smart watch but I also don’t and I’m happy to not have one. I’m finding I’m relaxing more, not checking my phone as much and living more in the moment. I do typically keep my phone on me to make sure, I can be reached when on call, I’m not late anywhere or the laundry is switched on time.
I used to track my steps, my sleep and my heart rate as it was often very high then quite low randomly. Since starting my current job, my sleep schedule is fixed for the most part, I do more steps and work out more but my phone still tracks the steps so I can get points in Pokemon Go and I’m significantly more relaxed so my heart rate has been more consitant.
