Theres a few they are;
Go to therapy when starting college. I put it off and i feel like its something i should have done much ealier but its better then thinking back.
Set up a bank account just for me and pay more attention to my financials. Theres a story to it but the short is it would have changed a fair amount of things if i did that sooner.
Stop worrying about what others are saying or doing and live your life without adding extra stress to what you think you need to do with life.
