Describe one positive change you have made in your life.
Therapy. It has made a good dent in some things I’ve had trouble working out on my own and I’m working on better coping mechanisms and such.
I’m lucky to have found a therapist who does virtual therapy so I don’t have to get dressed up to go, I can sit in my cozy clothes and feel a bit more relaxed given I’m going to be talking about things that make me feel uncomfortable.
