The most important invention I’d say would be the smartphone. It can be finicky but it gives us an easier chance to reach out to people and we can do so much from a small device (it’s how I’m writing this on my break).

I don’t know where I’d be without mine, I’m directionally challenged, do everything I can through apps as I don’t really like dealing with people for things I don’t need to waste their time for.
