Writing Prompt
Daily writing prompt
Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

I used to think more about the past however I’ve started to look towards the future and make plans for what i want to do. Looking back can be good but I found myself going down the decisions made and overthinking everything to the point of not wanting to interact with other people. My plans for the future are still somewhat up in the air however i have several plans for what id like to do this year that will roll into further future things.

    An honest and necessary reflection. Looking to the past can teach us something, but setting our sights on the future and daring to plan is a great step towards balance and personal growth.

      It is, i put myself in a spiral and never looked beyond it to figure out what i want and its been a very nice change to look forwards over overthinking everything i ever did or said.
