I have struggled with building one in the past and put alot of pressure on myself to be like others and do things a certain way. Ive managed to find a way that works for me and may not work for everyone; i just want to be happy and not be so tired so quick.
What I’ve been doing is just adding more movement in, whether its pilates, yoga, stretching and i do it for 5 to 30 minutes a day; mixing in walking more and not pushing myself to hard to minimize any damage to my joints.
Wayne showed me the basics of how to figure out the calories of what I eat in a day and how many calories I need. I’m on a slight calorie deficet mixing with everything else and im slowly building muscles up and feeling more energy as I go.
