To learn how to get out of your head, it won’t help if you are always in there.
You are going to get through what happens.
If something’s meant to be it will happen, you don’t have to force yourself to like something.
Being quiet in moments you should have been louder doesn’t have to be how you get through things.
Life is more then working and sleeping and its ok to branch out.
My 20’s had a bit of good, a wee bit of bad and some chaos in between; I dont think I’d change anything too big if it gets me to where I am now.
