I decided to start journaling (prompted by my therapist) in November 2020, since then I have filled 4 journals and Im 3/4ths done my 5th journal. I just got my sixth journal prepped for use. It’s been a therapeutic thing and great for helping the brain process whatever is going on. I think this is beautiful and kind of terrifying thing to realize there’s so much in your head in 9 months.
I do think it’s a sign of growth to show that you are able to get things out when you were unable to do this previously, I do want to add changing little things can have a bigger impact than you may think. If you are struggling with journaling it will eventually get easier, it’s a building of routines that will help the words come out the more you write even doodle (I have more than a few of those).
I don’t have too much else to write today. I hope everyone’s staying safe and staying out of the heatwave thats going on. Have a lovely week!
Till Next Time

Am always curious about other people’s journalling processes. Do you just write what comes to mind? Do you start with your problems? Or do you capture what happened throughout the day? Would love to know 🙂
