It’s a process, it goes in the following steps:
I like to listen to music on my way home, something to help me leave whatever happened at the place.
Have a good cuddle/play session with the wee pup.
Putting on some kind of noise for background and the pup
Take a bath or have a long shower depending on the mood im in.
Eat some good food and do some yoga to get whatever is left on my shoulders out and I can fully relax.
I also talk to my dad and lil bro after some quiet time, cause I tend to work/socialize where it’s louder than I may like it to be.
