Theres a few things I think I will need to be sucessfull;
To have hobbies.
To be happy.
To take breaks when your body tells you too.
To follow your gut; your bodys telling you something and you may want to listen.
To let things go (still struggling with that a little bit, but its getting better each time).
It all helps to have all of these to be successfull in life outsdie of work and it can help in regards to work.
