they are handy for cleaning, talking with friends/family, and keeping my focus while able to hear whats going on around me. I can keep one in my ear while im out and about and it doesnt bother me, and i can pick up calls or pause music very easily without touching my phone. I reccomend them if you are in the proccess of finding new headphones and like an inner ear earpiece.
