I went on a another candle walk and it was so nice, i did make notes when i got home and i wanted to share a few different things from it. It was at Healing Circle Labyrinth, if you are interested i have the facebook page linked here – https://www.facebook.com/HealingCircleLabyrinth.
Before the walk i felt jittery, not bad but i was feeling a lot of things from the changes in the past month.
During the walk this is what i saw/felt;
Smells:
Blooming roses
Sage (fresh and burning)
Eucalyptus
Strawberries
Cedar
Pine
Forest
St Lawrence river
Mosquito coils
Cinnamon
Tiki torches
Fire pits
Sounds:
Water hitting shore
Leaves moving in the wind
Branches moving in the wind
Wind chimes
Dancing in the Moonlight
Somewhere Over The Rainbow
Sights:
Black Eyed Susans.
Roses.
Eucalyptus.
Golden full moon, Stars above the labyrinth.
Candles scattered along the path.
Candles scattered through the flowers in the labyrinth.
Burning mosquito coils scattered along the paths.
Trees dancing in the wind.
Flames flickering in the wind.
Tiki torches flickering while the trees dance or keep still behind.
Thoughts:
I take life too seriously, i need to stop and smell the roses more.
I don’t need to push myself, i’m enough as is.
Letting go is something i need to work on more.
Felt like Deja-Vu again but like i was meant to be outside near cedar, pines and sage walking under a star filled full moon night; with the sound of the water hitting the shore.
After the walk:
Relaxed, Settled, regulated, grateful and happy. I’m enjoying the walks, its a open zone where its such a welcoming environment! Its been lovely and i highly recommend going to check it out if you are interested in labyrinths or anything like it.
The themes that were made at the start and emphasized throughout were Joy, Love and Gratitude; the soul was the DJ and Dancing in the moonlight and Somewhere over the rainbow was one of the many songs on the playlist. It was a lovely experience and it felt so enlightening and like i had a big ol’ rock was lifted off my shoulders.
