Fall Weather and Mental Health

Fall seems to be upon us or starting, some leaves have turned and are a lovely shade of red/orange. It smells more like a fall day, mixed with the scent of the river, the fresh air and caramel coffee wafting through the room. It’s been a strange few weeks, things are pattering out and evening but still not feeling quite right.

I love the cozy vibe that happening and im quite excited to break out my sweaters, cozy pants, and be the comfiest and cozy as possible at all times. It makes me want to break out a puzzle, put on a documentary and just have at the puzzle.

I’m not sure what else to say, I’ve been pretty quiet lately and I’m not in the best headspace (anxiety and just feeling blah as hell). Adhd can mess with your sleep and you can get too much or not enough sleep so that doesn’t help with the time change that going to happen next week and all the other delightful distracting things that ADHD does naturally.

Im off to take a break from the internet and enjoy my evening. Im going to try a new posting two to three times a week if I can find the right balance.
